But you better believe “experts” will theorize and find a way to charge you for testing, X-rays, brain scans and then give you some drugs for it so they can run up your health insurance.

Sometimes it can sound like a faint cymbal or ringing noise. If it gets louder it can mean more has joined it or that you have said something to get it all worked up.
No it is not “Tinnitus” medical professionals have no clue where “Tinnitus” comes from or why some experience it and some don’t and there is no cure. Just like schizophrenia and any number of other “medical conditions”.

The left ear can sound different then the right, if a person pays attention they can sense which direction the communication is coming from. They can sense the left ear, the right ear, a space on the upper right corner, right directly above the mind space centered at the top and outside of the head all together.
